What this is
Prime Capacity is a private pilot, offered free to invited users by Michael Jensen, Hummeltoftevej, 2830 Virum, Denmark. It is a work in progress. There is no guarantee it will be available, and the pilot may end at any time — you will be told in advance if it does.

Prime Capacity estimates how recovered your muscles are and what training you might handle, from what you log. Those are estimates produced by a piece of software, not an assessment of your health.
It is not medical, physiotherapeutic or nutritional advice, and it does not diagnose anything.
It cannot see injury, illness, medication, sleep or stress unless you tell it.
It can be wrong, and sometimes will be.
Use your own judgement, and a professional's where that matters. If you feel pain, are injured, or have any medical condition that training could affect, talk to a doctor or physiotherapist — not to this app. Nothing here should be taken as a reason to train through pain or to ignore what your body tells you.
Your account
Accounts are by invitation. Don't share your invite or your login. Keep your password to yourself. Tell me if you think someone else has got into your account.
Your data is yours
Download it whenever you like from your profile page. To have it deleted, email privacy@primecapacity.app and it will be done within 30 days. How data is handled is set out in the Privacy Policy.
Fair use
Use it for your own training. Don't attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service, and don't use it to store anything unlawful.
No warranty, and limits on liability
The app is provided as it is, with no warranty of any kind. To the extent Danish law permits, I am not liable for any loss arising from your use of it, including injury connected to training decisions you make. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under Danish law that cannot be waived.
Governing law
Danish law applies, and the Danish courts have jurisdiction.
Changes
These terms are dated. Material changes will be emailed to pilot users.
